Rotarian Lillian Scales is Administrative and Fund Development Assistant at the Colchester Historical Society.  Lily is a fashion historian with experience in the museum industry, collections management, and administrative arts. She is a research professional with a BA in Art History from Mt Allison University and an MA in Dress & Textile History from the University of Glasgow.  Lily will tell us about her work at the Historial Society.
